The use of www.giddy-pup.co.uk is subject to the following terms and conditions: www.giddy-pup.co.uk is managed by Lizzie Robinson (referred to as ‘We’ below). In entering our site you as a user (‘You’) are accepting our terms and conditions. About Us We are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments please email us using the contact us page. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US dollars or your own currency. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Shipping And Handling All UK orders are sent by either First class mail for cards or Recorded or Special delivery for framed illustration work. Post & packing costs are based on weight per Kg. Please visit the site to clarify shipping costs based on quantity purchased. Delivery Schedule Giddypup endeavours to send out your card orders by the next day. For framed illustrations bought as seen on website please allow up to 5 working days for postage including Recorded or Special delivery, where possible items in stock will be sent out the next day. I will let you know if the order is delayed beyond the 5 days due to unforeseen circumstances. For commissioned illustrations a deadline will be agreed. For bespoke cards I aim to post out the next working day as above. IMPORTANT Please note sometimes events will mean that Giddypup may post out card orders later than the next day. This will be in special circumstances, for example if I need to go to the vet or am visiting kennels ! I will post a note on the website indicating this prior to purchase. I hold no responsibility for cards not reaching your special person in time for their special day. Giddypup will not be liable for non delivery of first class postage. A proof of posting will be kept in Giddypups basket. All commissioned and bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once ordered as Giddypup will have already have got out his crayons and paints and will have started work. Guarantee We want our products to arrive in perfect condition. Giddy tries to ensure that all items on the website are accurately represented however slight variations in colour and layout may be experienced. We undertake only to dispatch products to you that are in absolute perfect condition. We do not accept responsibility for any damage sustained during delivery.
